A jobseeker I spoke with recently applied for 150 jobs on LinkedIn. The results: - 130 applications were never viewed. - 15 of the remaining 20 applications received automatic rejections within minutes. He managed to secure 2 interviews: 1. An initial chat that went nowhere and candidate waits for reverts. 2. A promising interview that advanced to the next round, only for him to be ghosted afterward.
