PART OF A OFFICE IS FOR RENT. We are a team of young lawyers and we would like to share our office space with ambitious, responsible people who are willing to work in the center of Sofia. Our office (about 70 sqm in total) is located 1 minute walking distance from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and 5 minutes from Sofia University metro station. There are also many public transport stops nearby, which provide quick access to all points. For rent is a private office with two work places, equipped with air conditioning and the necessary furniture to start/continue business. The room is fully furnished and has a balcony attached. The common areas of the office can also be used - meeting room for 6 people (with balcony attached to it), toilet, reception (with secretarial space) and kitchenette. The office is equipped with everything you need for undisturbed business - there is internet, printer, coffee maker and more. The heating is central and there are air conditioners in each room. Access to the building is unrestricted and can be visited freely 24/7. The common areas of the office are used by all freely. What we offer: Rent of one office in our office, located on Vrabcha Street 17A. The price is 460 EUR as VAT is not charged. Cleaning and utility bills are shared equally between the parties, the latter not being high (about 100 BGN per month in total for the whole office depending on the season).
