On November 19, our Durham and Vance County offices took a journey to Western NC to lend a helping hand! Two teams of four traveled to West Jefferson and Trade, Tennessee – just 150 feet from the NC border – partnering with Legal Aid of East Tennessee. Together, we supported recovering communities in the aftermath of #HurricaneHelene. This effort reminds us that community isn’t just where we live or work – it’s the whole state of North Carolina. ??
