Today we announced, in collaboration with LEARFIELD Jayhawk Sports Properties, the signing of seven student athletes at the The University of Kansas to NIL deals, making them the fourth cohort of The Wendy's Company's athletes in this program. LRG is proud to partner with these athletes as the Official Hamburger of Kansas Athletics. Caroline Bien (volleyball), Jalon Daniels (football), Hunter Dickinson (basketball), Elle Evans (basketball), Luke Grimm (football), Zeke Mayo (basketball) and Lexi Watts (soccer) will be partnering with LRG during the 2024-2025 academic year. The student athletes will participate in brand marketing campaigns and a first of its kind teach-in session to learn the business of franchising. LRG is especially excited to have four Kansas City area locals on the team (Caroline Bien from Overland Park, KS, Luke Grimm from Raymore, MO, Zeke Mayo from Lawrence, KS, and Lexi Watts from Lenexa, KS). #RockChalk #KUathletics #NIL
