It’s been incredibly rewarding to witness the growth in our communities, seeing residents thrive physically and emotionally. Across the Midwest, we were able to help 1,472 residents in senior livings, thanks to our talented professionals whose passion and dedication made an immediate impact! Here's to 2025 and watching us help so many more stay healthy and live longer!

Last week our Primary Care division held an Open House at our Grand Forks clinic! We welcomed 50+ community members through our doors who were looking to make connections, create networking opportunities, & those sincerely interested in prioritizing their health and establishing a local, hometown primary care provider. Expanding our services has opened our doors & hearts to serving more people, providing preventative care & individualized plans!
