Legacy Decks

Another one complete! This project utilizes @timbertech Advanced PVC Vintage in Mahogany with Dark Hickory accents. The railing is @timbertech IRX in bronze with a Dark Hickory drink rail.

Now this is the chefs kiss!?? Why surround the beauty of a maintenance free deck with lattice! We love the way the horizontal deck boards finish off the underside creating usable space and a great look! Getting creative with decking isn’t that difficult. Just look at where you can accentuate something that’s already there or cover an eye sore like the whole underneath of a deck! We used TimberTech Advanced PVC in Weathered Oak. The fascia trim is Dark Oak.

Loading a new lake deck! It won’t be long till this homeowner is enjoying a ??on this deck overlooking the lake. We used TimberTech Advanced PVC English Walnut in a WIDE board on the uncovered deck and porch plank on the covered deck. Creates two unique spaces. The picture frame is WIDE Advanced PVC in Dark Hickory. Railings are black TimberTech Impression Rails Express with modern cap.

We don’t always build big outdoor living spaces! This cute screen room is just enough space to enjoy a raining day and a bug free evening. The homeowners had an old wood deck that was falling apart. We tore it down and added a new gable roof with screen walls and a TimberTech deck using Prime+ in Sea Salt Gray. The stair railing is TimberTech Impression Rails Express in black (another fan favorite with our clients)

We love to make a design plan! This homeowner came to us in 2023 to redo their deck to the side of the screen room. This year they came back to replace the screen room and deck. You can see the old screen room in the very last picture! It was ready for a rebuild! In this project we used TimberTech decking in Dark Cocoa and the drink rail is English Walnut. The railings are TimberTech Impression Rail Express in white. You may not be able to do everything you want on your project right now but that doesn’t mean we can’t make a plan so you can begin to enjoy your dream backyard!

Just finished up this dual space project. Outside deck to enjoy grilling, sitting out in the sun and enjoying the rays. The screen room to protect you from bugs and enjoy an evening outside. The decking is TimberTech Reserve in Antique Leather. Fascia and picture frame is Reserve Dark Roast. The railing is TimberTech Radiance rail in black topped of with an English Walnut drink rail.

Utilize the alcoves of your home! At this project we turned 2 alcoves into multiple outdoor living spaces! The first one was a screen room to keep the bugs out. The next deck created double the space by putting underdecking below the top deck. With a roof over the top deck and dry space below it doesn’t matter the weather, this family has a place to spend outdoors together. ?? A custom sliding gate! Now it may not pass code in your state, but it sure passes the wow factor! This space was too big for just a regular gate and the homeowner didn't want to lose real estate with the swing, so our amazing deck builder got to thinking and created this sliding gate! Utilizing TimberTech Vintage decking, Radiance rails, and custom hardware. More finished pics of the custom project to come!??

Curving isn’t for the faint of heart! It takes practice, precision and a whole lot of patience! Everything must be planned out to ensure the integrity of the board after the bend. The tighter the radius the more room for error! Here is a project where we not only curved the deck but also created a bench to match the curve. Utilizing TimberTech Advanced PVC in Weathered Teak and English Walnut we were able to create a unique feature for our client to enjoy!
