We are thrilled to announce that Legacy Bank & Trust's holding company, Ozarks Heritage Financial Group, was selected to receive $6,900,000 in Base-FA, PPC-FA and Health Food Financing Initiative FA (HFFI) awards from the U.S. Department of Treasury’s CDFI Fund. Of the nearly 360 organizations receiving awards through this program in 2024, we are honored to have earned the highest award amount. A huge thank you and congratulations are in order to the individuals who worked tirelessly to source, underwrite, process, and build out the track record and pipeline for these awards. We are very fortunate to have a team dedicated to excellence, and one that does everything they can to carry out the vision of service on a broader scale.

Legacy wants to highlight the multifamily development in Fort Worth, TX named Clifton Riverside. This project will bring 94 residential units, a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments. Located near Riverside Park and the Trinity Trails path system, the project is set to welcome its first resident in late 2024.?The development aims to transform a previously blighted property into a vibrant community, addressing the high demand for affordable housing in the area.
