Deep down, I’ve always known there was something unique about the way I connect with people on a deeper level. I get to be successful simply by being me at my core. It hasn’t been without its challenges, though. There’s been this constant tug-of-war in my mind: “Can I really be compensated for something that feels so natural to me? It’s too easy for this to be considered work… but isn’t this exactly what you’ve always wanted, Michelle?” What I didn’t expect was the identity shift required to step fully into this zone of genius. To have the courage to own it. To trust in myself the way others trust in me. To be audacious enough to believe that who I am is enough — and that it’s more than enough.
