This 226,000 square foot mixed-use project includes a 534-space public parking garage that serves an adjacent 142,000 square foot mixed-use retail and medical office building, as well as an 84,000 square foot structure housing the British School of Chicago. The property also offers general public parking and provides validation for the AMC New City 14 theaters located across the street. We are thrilled to continue our successful partnership with CBRE and LaSalle Investment Management, ensuring top-notch parking services for all visitors and tenants.
