The last two weeks have been a whirlwind to say the least. I conducted my two weeks of Annual Training for the Army Reserve, teaching Army Majors to prepare for service at the national level in a joint service environment at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. It is one of my most rewarding missions in my two decades of service. We wrapped up the course with an excellent guest speaker, the Honorable Patrick J. Murphy. Thank you for the great conversation, Sir.?One of the main takeaways from the discussion is the impact Veterans can have on the future of our country. We have so much more experience and capability than most of us believe we do. My recommendation to Veterans is that if you have a goal of making an impact, keep seeking platforms to share your experiences.
