Exciting News from our team! We are thrilled to welcome Alan Farash as our new President and Chief Operating Officer! ?? Alan brings extensive experience in lean manufacturing, strategic business development, operations management, and brand positioning. With a proven track record in the specialty and commercial vehicle industries, his leadership will drive innovation and foster collaboration with our valued customers and suppliers. Alan said, “I’m very excited to be here and look forward to working with the LEER team. LEER is an iconic brand with a great history. We have tremendous opportunities for huge industry growth and to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.” Alan joins us from REV Recreation Group, where he served as Vice President and General Manager. He has also held key leadership roles at Reading Truck Body, Ford, and Workhorse Custom Chassis. Alan holds an MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. We couldn't be more excited to move forward with Alan as our leader and finish out the second half of this year stronger than ever.
