We are excited to announce the topping-out of the Sunnyside Studios project in Woodside, Queens! Developed by East End Capital, this state-of-the-art facility will feature three stages with 37' clear heights and one flex stage. A big thank you to all the hardworking trades who made this achievement possible. We look forward to the next phase of construction as we continue building this incredible project!

The week marks the ribbon cutting of Armani’s flagship store in New York! We congratulate the LBG project team for their hard work and dedication in bringing the Giorgio Armani Residences at 760 Madison Avenue project to life! We also want to extend our sincere thanks to valued client SL Green Realty Corp. It's been a privilege to work together on such an iconic project.

Our project at 760 Madison Avenue – The Giorgio Armani Residences is a truly spectacular addition to the Upper East Side. LBG is thrilled to announce the topping-out of concrete at the Review Avenue Complex in Long Island City! This incredible flagship facility, developed by Innovo Property Group, is now closer to completion. A huge thank you to all the trades involved in bringing this vision to life! We couldn’t have reached this milestone without your dedication. Looking forward to the start of steel erection which begins soon!

LBG’s commercial office project at 125 West 57th Street, is nearly enclosed. What a great addition to the iconic 57th Street skyline!

At our Sunnyside Studios project, the building is rapidly taking shape. As you can see in the photos, the installation of the Nudura Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) block is progressing throughout the site. The superstructure concrete and structural steel work is also underway! #construction #nycconstruction
