In Tigard, exciting progress is being made at the Hampton Street Apartments, as installation of Equitone panels has begun on the south elevation of this new five-story complex. The development will feature 55 housing units, with a ground floor dedicated to commercial space. Residents can look forward to amenities such as a club room on the fifth floor and an outdoor terrace. Sustainability is a priority, with plans for a net-zero-energy building, rooftop solar panels, and energy-efficient windows.
