We thank Dr. Melanie Sattler for inviting us to give a brief presentation with the other industry partners at Thursday’s University of Texas Arlington Civil Engineering Industry Partnership Program (UTA CE IPP) Networking Event. It was a great opportunity to meet with the University of Texas Arlington engineering students and faculty to learn about what they are doing and let them get to know Lee Engineering better. It also gave us a chance to talk with other industry partners. UTA alumnus and Lee Engineering Project Manager Hetal Bhatt delivered a stirring, well-received introduction to the company, who we are, what we do, why we do it, and what makes working for Lee different. #UTACivilEngineering #LeeEngineering

Happy Holidays from Lee Engineering! Here’s hoping you are having a happy and safe holiday season and making memories with the ones you love. Our Dallas office celebrated the season by taking a ride on the McKinney Avenue Trolley and a brief tour of the Car Barn where they repair and restore historic trolley cars for their line. We would like to thank Co-founder and Chairman Phil Cobb for being such a gracious host. The McKinney Avenue Trolley celebrated its 35th Birthday in 2024. Since then, it has provided safe, clean, reliable, and enjoyable transportation free of charge to residents, commuters, businesses, and visitors, serving over 400,000 riders annually. #HappyHolidays #LeeEngineering #McKinneyAvenueTrolley #DownTownDallas #UpTownDallas

Several Lee employees traveled to Houston last week to join over 800 public and private sector professionals at the 2024 ITS Texas/TexITE Joint Meeting. Everyone enjoyed catching up with old colleagues and meeting new ones. Topics included the latest in traffic safety, big data, and signal operations. There was also much to hear about how AI is being leveraged now and in the future and how autonomous vehicles may impact the industry and people’s lives. From left to right, Deepak Gurusamy, David Garcia, Wille Roman, Dharmesh Shah, Michael Wobken, Joseph Short, James Robertson, Josh Smith, and Prayag Bam are in the picture. #texITE #ITSTexas #2024ITSTexasTexITEJointMeeting #LeeEngineering
