Since 2020, Allison has been working as a Guest Teacher across various schools within the District, and now is a 2nd-grade teacher at Veterans Park Academy for the Arts. Allison's journey into teaching was uniquely shaped by her time in the Disney College Program, where she worked in children's activities at deluxe resorts and as a Fairy Godmother in Training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, which taught her patience, diversity, and structure when working with young children. Walking into her very own classroom this year has filled her with pride and a deep sense of responsibility. "I will ultimately be a role model for these young minds and help prepare them for their futures, as my teachers and professors have done for me over the years.
