I'm a little late in posting this Year In Review on our activity in 2024, but better late than never! I'm so proud of our team and what we accomplished this year. The image below is a graphic of our activity in Lafayette, and below are stats from Lee & Associates Baton Rouge & Lafayette as a whole. - Outperformed 2024 Revenue Projections - 277% Year over Year Revenue Growth - All brokers in our office had their best year to date in Gross Commission Income production - Exceeded projected venture capital returns to our investment group It was an exciting first full year with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, and we have more exciting things coming in 2025!

Congratulations to Evan Scroggs, SIOR, CCIM and Clesi Camden, MBA on executing a single tenant, 68,600 SF lease at 4455 American Way. Previously occupied by AT&T and designed for a single tenant, 4455 American Way is a four story, recently renovated class A office building in the Sherwood/Coursey Office Submarket. This assignment and transaction took a lot of creativity and teamwork amongst all parties. Construction Update on 61 North Logistics Center: In October of 2024 site work began on the 240K SF, rear load, distribution warehouse in the heart of Baton Rouge. A stretch of dry, fall weather allowed work to progress smoothly. The pad site and stormwater detention are now complete and the project is transitioning to the pouring of the concrete slab and vertical construction. Projected delivery date of September 2025. 61 North Logistics Center is an excellent infill site with good neighboring businesses - Amazon, Crescent Crown Distributing, LLC, BBQGuys, Old Dominion Freight Line, UniFirst Corporation, Carquest Auto Parts, and ALDI USA.
