This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the vital contributions of women in the workforce. Today is also Equal Pay Day, which highlights the ongoing gender pay gap, even after the passing of the Equal Pay Act of 1963. While progress has been made since that landmark legislation, there is still work to be done to ensure fair compensation for all.
