I'm not gonna be at ONA this year but if I was, I would be at this session. First met Tim a couple of years ago and, besides being an absolute boss when it comes to restaurants in SF, his Dev Hub team is quietly cooking up some of the smartest AI deployments in news. I'm a super fan of their work.

How can newsrooms facilitate a reader feedback loop for #AI? 1. Keep it simple and accessible. A lightweight, simple feedback loop can be set up in an afternoon. 2. Richland Source in Ohio (where Lede AI was developed) uses a simple Google form linked in the footer of each article to encourage readers to share their thoughts and rate their experiences. 3. Feedback is poured into a?Google Sheet?where it’s tracked and used to prioritize product development. If a reader gives feedback that indicates inaccuracy or very low value, a Slack post is triggered so local editors can investigate and communicate with the reader. https://lnkd.in/gTzgDezp
