Last week, the LEDC team had the privilege of attending two impactful events in the city of Baltimore! 1?? The Baltimore Together Summit, where we joined leaders, innovators, and community changemakers to discuss strategies for equitable economic growth. 2?? City of Refuge Baltimore hosted an incredible event highlighting their mission to uplift and empower the local community! And, yes, that is our Bria Marie Hodge with Gov. Wes Moore! ?? Events like these reaffirm our commitment to advancing opportunities and economic empowerment in Baltimore.

This past week, LEDC was proud to take part in the Latino Corporate Network D.C. (LCNDC) Conference, celebrating culture, collaboration, and community impact! ? Emi Reyes, our CEO, took the stage to deliver an inspiring talk on Empowering Latino Entrepreneurs, highlighting strategies for driving economic equity and innovation. ??? Jeffrey Vique, MBA, LEDC Board Member, moderated a dynamic panel about the future of Latino leadership, fostering meaningful dialogue on the path forward. ?? Carlos Talamante, another valued member of our Board, proudly accepted this year’s Latino Leader and Visionary Award from the LCNDC! We’re honored to stand alongside so many leaders dedicated to empowering our Latino community and shaping a brighter future. Thank you to LCNDC for hosting such an impactful event!

Both events highlighted the transformative work being done to uplift our communities—from empowering small businesses to championing housing equity.
