Lectra could be going to Mars....Literally ?? Lectra Tech just got selected as a top 5 applicant for the Space-Edge Accelerator run by the Space Foundation, Blue Origin, and the University of Florida to focus on biomedical innovations that can benefit from the space environment. Mars is pretty far away from earth, which means astronauts will go through loss of muscle mass, decreased muscle endurance, and slower muscle recovery. Our goal is to be the helping hand for the astronauts in monitoring muscle atrophy and biomarkers, making sure they're ready for that next "Giant leap for mankind". Since we started the company everyone asks me "Jake why do you always say Lectra to Mars"? Well... This is why, and we're just getting started. Lectra to Mars.
