On this Team Member Monday, we proudly recognize Mary Jo Neckers, our dedicated Director of Nursing at the LECOM Senior Living Center. Mary Jo takes pride in enhancing overall resident care and values the strong connections she builds with residents, families, and co-workers. She describes her LECOM team as supportive, positive, and some of the best she’s ever worked with. Outside of work, Mary Jo enjoys quality time with her family (pictured), including her four sons, three stepchildren, and her beloved new granddaughter. She loves cooking, music, road trips, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and spending time on the dairy farm she and her husband owns in Clymer, New York. Mary Jo's goal is to continue fostering a strong life centered on faith, family, and friends. We are fortunate to have her on our team at the LECOM Senior Living Center, and our residents are fortunate too!
