The PORT-Able Learning Lab took home the GRAND PRIZE for Corporate/Nonprofit partnership of the year at PR Daily’s 2024 nonprofit awards ceremony in NYC! The custom-built traveling educational experience continues to raise awareness of the importance of STEM skills and maritime careers in Corpus Christi, TX. Learning Undefeated is one of 25 Defense Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Education Consortium (DSEC) partners that have been awarded $190M over the next 10 years to implement a diversity of STEM programming from the Department of Defense. Together, we are helping build a 21st-century workforce with the skills and talent to meet evolving defense challenges.

Upcoming expansion of our Texas programming to incorporate nine regionally based mobile STEM labs that will help reach thousands more students and educators each year!

What an incredible milestone for our organization! Thanks to a $2.9M grant from the Texas Education Agency, Learning Undefeated is expanding the Texas Mobile STEM Lab program from one mobile lab to nine. The first two labs are being built and will begin service in January 2025. We expect the full fleet to launch for the 2025/26 school year. You can read more about the expansion here:

?? Meet Anike Akinfolarin, STEM education superstar! ?? Anike's dedication and enthusiasm for scientific discovery were evident throughout her time with us at Learning Undefeated. Inspired by groundbreaking female scientists in genetic engineering, she co-founded STEM Sisters with one of her fellow Emerging Leaders peers to empower young girls in STEM, providing them with the same opportunities she cherished. From her high school passion to representing Maryland in the Million Girls Moonshot initiative, Anike is truly an inspiration for young girls.
