Meet Gloria Becker Gloria Pritchard-Becker is a Senior Learning Consultant with Learning Dynamics. She specializes in designing and delivering training programs for financial services firms on such topics as leadership, communication, customer service, supervision, conflict management, and team building. Prior to joining Learning Dynamics, Gloria was the Program Director for the American Bankers Association’s National School of Banking program, where she was a mentor to hundreds of bankers. She also created a number of banking schools such as the Seminar for Presidents and the Directors’ Forum.
