Initializing learning.. For the first time in a long time we are collectively clueless about what is the best way forward. For the first time in a long time we are collectively questioning all assumptions of what could work. The means to an end which served us well for generations are put to question. We are at a reset. A reset which outlasts recovery. A reset which is resilient by design. An approach which integrates the intangible with the tangible. An approach which doesn’t try to go around the problem by plugging the tricks of the trade. We have to start at the truth of the trade by digging deep under the labels across the verticals of accumulated knowledge and perfected habits. We have to start by dropping entitlements and collaborate over the habit of continuous learning. We start by asking what is the real question to ask and pursue the question with persistence, until we reach conviction. We call this “The Learnership”. Under #learnership we will attempt to pass on the spirit of learning which continues to drive us. We are not the one with all the answers. We are just the one who keeps looking. In our view, fresh eyes make experienced minds. What could you expect on this path? You could expect a nudge, realizations and multiple learning curves. This path is not for those who seek reams of content and presentations which could be downloaded and forwarded. This path is not for those who seek Certifications or Affiliations.
