We have a goal: The first 10 hires should be people we want to work with for the next 10 years. And this week, we got a new team member on board. Welcome Mitchell Walters! Not only did Mitchell crush our (from some people publicly criticized ??) interview process (https://lnkd.in/e-Y4Gjej), but also our reference calls with former colleagues of his stood out. One in particular: "Mitchell is your Golden Retriever in the team". And yes, Mitchell is THE nicest guy, he is an amazing engineer, and after a week with him in one room (he shipped his first feature today as well), I do look forward to the next 10 years ahead! ????
