LEAP Tampa Bay is a network of over 50 community partners committed to changing lives by connecting residents to education and training beyond high school. Our ultimate goal is to have 60% of adults hold a college degree or certificate by the year 2025 so they can improve their lives and be ready for the workforce opportunities available in Tampa Bay's thriving local economy.
