A ROC (Resident Owned Community) is a community of manufactured homes where the land is owned by the residents through a cooperative style corporation. This model empowers the residents to become their own owners. LEAP ROC provides residents access to reliable, and proven financing sources. The resident corporation elects a Board that is responsible for servicing the community’s mortgage and executing day to day operations. Everything is decided through a democratic vote, giving residents the ability to have decision making power on rent amount, beautification and landscaping efforts, infrastructure improvements, and more.
