I have four new roles I am working on for a Construction client based out of Tampa, FL that is lead by rockstar CEO. 1) Director of Safety; Must have OSHA, 500 and 501 certs! Can you create the plan from start to finish and oversee it? 2) VP of Operations; Need someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and be in the field to see projects through to completion when they aren’t at HQ. 3) Director of Human Resources; Policy, Procedure and Payroll responsibilities are a must. Preferably Bilingual. 4) Chief Financial Officer; I need a rockstar who understands construction. An Accountant by trade is great, but someone who truly understands the vertical is a homerun.
