This is the idea behind LeanScale's approach to supporting B2B tech startups. Our clients' investors are now seeing teams like ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Cursor, Lovable, etc. grow to tens/hundreds of millions of dollars in recurring revenue with 10-50 full-time employees ?? This is changing expectations of how startups should build out their teams and the target revenue-per-employee. + saves a significant portion of the employee equity pool for FTEs. Higher upside and better sell to top talent. One challenge is most consultants these teams can augment FTEs with (people & agents) for startups aren't good. That's what we're trying to change. Another look at DocketAI in Slack w/ Arjun Pillai. Sales can ask any questions about their products/company/etc. directly in Slack and Docket will pull in the answers from all content sources. (e.g. other Slack threads, Google Drive, etc)—written in a way that Sales/Solutions would answer it. My + LeanScale's take: sales enablement doesn't need to live in a single system anymore.

Joe from our team had a great discussion and demo with Arjun Pillai @ DocketAI. Arjun is a very accomplished GTM Founder and Executive and shared an interesting solution to Sales Engineers using AI Agents. Their system is mind blowing ?? Check it out!
AI Agents to replace Sales/Solutions Engineers ?? Recently I spoke with Arjun @ DocketAI and they are building a system to make getting detailed product information for Sales reps easy. Two interesting examples: 1) Enterprise RFPs (Requests for Proposal)—Instead of going cell by cell re-answering questions in Excel/Sheets—you can just upload it directly to Docket. It will complete the RFP based on every knowledge base you have (including conversations had in Slack), and answer them in a way that someone in sales would. 2) On-the-fly questions—Imagine going into Slack, asking a detailed product question: - "What are the underlying LLMs being used to power our SearchAI feature? - "Are we PCI DDS compliant?" - etc. All questions would be answered in a way that is relevant to a buyer, and using technical Sales terminology. Not "Salesy" but also not just a simple "Yes" or "No" that requires a Sales rep to wordsmith it before repeating back to a customer. Thought the conversation was very interesting.
