Beautiful data. If you want to reduce patient #foodwaste in hospitals you will know that ward-level food waste information is key. This Leanpath Tracker screen shot, taken yesterday at the George Eliot NHS Hospital, shows a list of their wards. Why is that beautiful? Because it means Jake Armston AIH and his Team can see waste by ward on any patient meal service. Great for controlling over-ordering and plate waste costs. Also makes NHS England ERIC returns a snap at end of year (if you know, you know).
