Lean Simplified was founded on the need to create a true learn/do approach to deployment with "hands on" knowledge and understanding of the people, processes and technology challenges that will take an organization or individual to the next levels. Our company is committed to bringing value to both the Customers and the organizations supported. Our background is very diverse as we have learned the Toyota Production System through actual training with Shingijutsu Consultants and deployed in multiple companies that include Aircraft Manufacturing, Sportswear, Medical, Back Office Functions (Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, Transformational), Warehousing, Supply Chain Optimization, Auto Haulers, Cabinet Making, Cash Management, Multiple Start-Ups, and even hair salons!

All Right, it's time to call out a special company with an awesome cultural learning that we can all apply - Love Sac and the book "Let Me Save You 25 Years". I have been drawn to the simplicity of the planned execution - Think about Chapter One - Just Do Something, Chapter Two - Just Do the Next Thing. Thank you, Shawn D Nelson, a true entrepreneur!! What if we all started to focus just on the first two - endless possibilities. I have the book, the stock and have gone to the branches to "see" the actuals, but this picture reminds me that Daisy is still in charge of our "City Sac"
