Strategic Enrollment Success at Rogue Community College In response to a steep enrollment decline, Rogue Community College (RCC) launched a targeted Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) initiative, aligning enrollment goals with institutional priorities. The results speak for themselves: ? 400+ high school seniors registered for 3,764 college credits in just 10 days during RCC’s High School Enrollment Days. ? Workforce training cohorts expanded from 3 to 15, providing career pathways in fields like CNA and Phlebotomy. ?
