?? Colorado’s Cannabis Industry Dodges a Setback – But the Fight Continues??? Colorado lawmakers have halted SB25-076, a proposed bill that would have imposed restrictive THC potency caps and flavor bans—policies that could have pushed consumers toward the illicit market. Limiting access to legal, tested cannabis products undermines both consumer safety and business stability. A thriving, well-regulated industry is the best deterrent to illicit sales. Instead of regressive measures, we must focus on education and innovation to support responsible cannabis consumption. Kudos to Colorado LEADS, the industry group we are proud to be a part of, for leading the fight against this bill.
