We collect native tree & shrub seeds for our non-profit Project Pando throughout the year - can you help us? Even spreading the word is helpful! And if you have time for collecting seeds, where is what we are looking for now.
Leaf & Limb and Project Pando are trying to learn more about Sassafras seeds and would love your help! Do you know where a sassafras tree is? Can you check to see if it has fruit? Mature fruit will look like the picture below. If the fruit is not mature it will still be green.
