One?year ago, a group of women met on the Harvard Business School Executive Education campus to participate in?HBS Exec Education's?Program for Leadership Development as part of Cohort #35. As we settled into our classrooms, we quickly recognized the?disproportion of men vs. women in attendance. As professionals who?understand the gender gap, women in the cohort started sharing their stories with each other. By elevating women and their voices, we were able to share common experiences, learn from each other, and align on our mission to help other?women. Leading Intentional Connections is a passion project spearheaded by?Nazik Ghukasyan,?Renate Berenett, and?Brooke Gocklin. As graduates of the HBS Program for Leadership Development, we are eager to help young women reach their aspirations.? Our mission is to reduce the gender gap in global businesses through the mentorship of women seeking to advance in their careers. We aim to equip the next generation of businesswomen with the tools they need to succeed both professionally and personally through mentorship, education, and resource allocation. We believe the future of women in the workplace has no room for gender bias, and we are here to help break the glass ceiling. Applications are now open!?You can apply to become a?MENTOR or a MENTEE on our?webpage https://lnkd.in/eeazwztc The deadline for applications is?15 November 2023.
