LC also helps financial services providers facilitate business growth projects that require back-office and/or third-party provider due diligence components. We have conducted time and motion studies on (5) leading automated transaction management systems (TMS); developed pre-acquisition income and expense pro formas (Excel) for (3) venture capital firms; conducted research for law firms defending class action lawsuits; organized the back office and third-party supply chain of a direct-to-consumer (B2C) title insurance underwriter; consulted with an off-shore business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, among other projects.
