Because QC women still earn just 72 cents for every dollar a man makes—ranking our region 49th in the nation for pay equity, ahead of only Wyoming and Louisiana. We believe in changing that. Through mentorship, leadership development, and community support, we are working to create a future where QC women have the tools, opportunities, and confidence to succeed.
