Our LWP alumni and Class XXXV members celebrating the end of Legacy Fund Day of Giving at Bovine Steakhouse. Some of the top highlights of this year: Most Generous Class: Class XXXII First Team to Raise $10,000: Class XXXV Outstanding Engagement: Class XXXIV Classes 1-20, led by Debra Hendrickson, increased donors by 135% and more than doubled fundraising dollars from the previous year. Classes 21-29, led by Andrea Massey-Farrell, grew their fundraising impact by nearly 30% over the previous year. Congratulations to all of the team captains and our Legacy Fund committee. Your hard work and the generosity of the LWP community is going to make a tremendous impact on extending our programs to reach underrepresented students and business owners. We are shouting out Class 34 for the creativity and effort they put into fundraising for Legacy Day of Giving this year! From an awkward photo shoot by Hughes Fioretti Photography with Gary Hughes and Julie Fioretti Hughes, to a mouthwatering BBQ by Pragasen Ramiah and Ivan Lys-Dobradin, to a midnight marathon run by Matt Lowe who earned dollars for every mile through pledges, we are truly blown away by the number of supporters, creative spirit and dedication of this class. Thank you!

Our first responders and city government staff provide some of the most critical services and functions of our town. Getting a hands-on opportunity to experience and learn about their jobs and the management of our city's budget and resources was a truly unique day for Leadership Winter Park Class XXXV. Thank you to the Winter Park Police Department, WINTER PARK FIRE RESCUE Department, City of Winter Park, Chief Timothy Volkerson, Chief Hagedorn, Mayor Sheila DeCiccio, City Manager Randy Knight, and Commissioner Craig Russell for taking the time to share your knowledge and insights and build greater capacity among our business community to be involved and active leaders in our community. We are also grateful to our Class XXXV sponsor AdventHealth.

Thank you Leadership Winter Park! You pulled off a record-setting Day of Giving. The results are just outstanding and will provide scholarships for so many in our community for leadership development.
