Go Jeannine Brown! ??
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of presenting the keynote speech for The Chamber for a Greater Chapel Hill-Carrboro Women's Luncheon. I was proud to represent Leadership Triangle and share my thoughts about inclusive leadership and workplace balance.

?? Don't underestimate the power of temporarily unplugging. Our 2024 Emerging Leaders cohort spent last weekend on retreat. Hosted at the beautiful Rocky Mount Mills campus, we focused on leadership wellness, building deep connections, and clarifying each leader's personal brand. In addition to creative workshops and skill development, the cohort enjoyed a night in the Tiny Home Village, s'mores and conversation around a fire, and plenty of good food. As Fall wraps up and the holiday season begins, we hope that you are also creating space to unwind, build community, and rest. The Emerging Leaders program is powered by our incredible partners at Capitol Broadcasting Company. We are so grateful for CBC's holistic investment in emerging talent!

People do not connect with your title. They connect with your values. In yesterday's Transforming Leaders session, we dug into how the legacy of storytelling, as an art and cultural practice, can help leaders connect and resonate with broad audiences. The Fall cohort practiced different types of storytelling - from reshaping how they show up in networking events, to how to craft a powerful and simple ask. Is storytelling a skill you want to improve? If so, consider applying for our Spring 2025 Transforming Leaders cohort. The Priority Application Deadline is this Friday, November 15th. https://lnkd.in/ercbDdcY
