We hosted a Transforming Leaders community Happy Hour this week, and it was so much fun to gather our current Spring cohort with program alumni and peer coaches! As much as we focus on content and learning, building community is at the heart of Leadership Triangle's work. Thank you to everyone who came out, and to Trophy Brewing Company for hosting.

Yesterday, our Transforming Leaders cohort dove into the Fundamentals of High Performing Teams. Looking to transform your team into a high-performing unit? 1. Build a foundation of Trust and Psychological Safety. When colleagues feel that they can make mistakes, engagement ramps up and ideas get stronger. 2. Engage conflict (yes, conflict!) regularly, avoiding personal attacks and bringing in as many conflicting perspectives as possible to make the best possible decisions. The journey from dysfunction to high performance requires ongoing effort, but the rewards—innovation, efficiency, and workplace satisfaction—are worth it. What steps are you taking to strengthen your team's performance? #TeamDevelopment #Leadership #OrganizationalExcellence #GoodmonFellows #ConnecttheTriangle
