?? 2024 was a year of transformation and impact for Leadership Trainer! Our commitment to equipping professionals with the skills to lead, facilitate, and create meaningful change has only grown stronger. This year alone, we proudly trained 200+ certification participants across 12 countries, ensuring that leadership education remains accessible and globally relevant. We are especially proud that 65% of our participants identify as BIPOC and 76% identify as women, highlighting our ongoing dedication to increasing diversity and inclusion within leadership spaces. Accessibility remains at the core of our mission—98% of our certification program participants received financial support and scholarships, making leadership training more equitable for all. In total, we delivered 436+ hours of training in 2024, fostering high-impact learning experiences that empower professionals across industries. We are incredibly grateful to our clients, board members, and trainees for being part of this journey. We are so grateful for our partnership with SUNY Brockport and their Leadership Conference! The day served as an incredible leadership learning experience for their students as our Certification Program participants utilized the break-out workshop sessions as their Certification Exam opportunity. The day also included an amazing Keynote by Cameron C. Beatty, Ph.D.

When our hosts and participants have an incredible experience with our Certification Program, they have much to say about the benefits, impact, and experience! Thank you, Lorraine D. Acker, Ph.D., for the opportunity to partner with you and SUNY Brockport . And, immense gratitude for your reflections on the experience. While the SUNY Brockport Certification Program was in May, we built in a one-day follow-up to the agreement that is being utilized as a student leadership conference on this Sunday. The breakout sessions will serve as a Certification Exam opportunity for the May participants. This is just one way the impact is felt long after the Certification Program comes to a close.

Don expressed the value of the Certification Program is because of the "practical skills" that can be "implemented right away". As a campus leader, he was able to witness his staff have "ah-ha moments" about "why their role as facilitators is so impactful." As an organizational leader, you too, can create these "ah-ha" moments for your staff by bringing the Leadership Trainer Certification Program. As a participant, you too, can gain the practical skills that can be immediately and directly applied to enhance your training skills and leadership.

Dorine Lawrence-Hughes, J.D., Ed.D. and Chanelle Omiwade, LCSW were phenomenal Leadership Trainer representatives at the Communities In Schools of Houston Job Readiness Summit on Friday. They facilitated workshops on navigating conflict and professionalism in the workplace for high school students. Dorine and Chanelle, recent Certification Program participants, were utilizing these workshops as their Certification Exam as they inch closer to becoming Certified Master Trainers!

Why is our Leadership Trainer Certification Program "Amazing"? Logan suggests its because we train our participants to utilize hands-on and immersive experiential learning and reflective dialogue. "It was transformational!" Hunter participated in an On Site Certification Program at his university. He was forced to participate. As he shared, he was "on the fence...I'm being required to be here" But after engaging "something changed...I began to see how valuable it was..." Ultimately, he thought the Certification Program was "amazing!" Even for those who are 'voluntold' and forced to attend, the Certification Program is a powerful and transformative experience. We are scheduling On Site Certification Programs for the Spring, Summer, and Fall.
