Lead Beyond provides coaching, group facilitation, and organizational consulting, primarily for humanitarian international non-governmental organizations (HINGO). Drawing on years of experience developing hundreds of thousands of leaders in dozens of countries through the Leadership Beyond Boundaries movement, we use Leadership Essentials to build custom leader development and coaching processes to help leaders navigate change, conflict, and crisis. We provide two and three day Leadership Essentials trainings, individualized executive coaching relationships, and customized programs that can include curriculum development, videos, in person and virtual retreats, and training of trainers.

Listening to World Vision Thailand’s brand ambassador, Khun Kae, during our recent field visit, I was moved by her ability to articulate our work, not only to the community members but also to the friends she brought along. Khun Kae is more than an ambassador; she is a dedicated child sponsor. One of the children she supported has graduated from university and is now a psychologist, giving back to her community. Her journey as a sponsor, her connection with the children she supports, and the positive changes she has witnessed in their communities resonate powerfully every time she speaks. ? In our first townhall of 2025 on Monday, I shared her inspiring story with our team because they are an integral part of it. I am grateful to everyone, both those on the frontlines and behind the scenes, for their dedication to fulfilling our commitments to partners like Khun Kae, and for tirelessly working with children, their families, and their communities to improve the well-being of the most vulnerable populations. As we strive towards our vision, I am reminded not to overlook our teams. Open and continuous communication, including words of affirmation, is vital. Over the past two days, several of our current and emerging leaders have participated in our leadership workshop, now in its second year. This initiative aims to foster a culture that values every team member. When our teams are inspired and united, our collective efforts become more effective. And I trust that this will lead to more stories like Khun Kae’s.
