Our Signature Class took a deep dive into the world of Government, exploring how policies and processes shape our community. With insights from leaders like Assemblyman Demond Meeks, Yversha Roman, and Jackie Ortiz, participants gained a front-row seat to the inner workings of government. Advocacy training rounded out the day, equipping our leaders with tools to drive meaningful change. Last week, our Emerging Leaders Program students had the unique opportunity to meet with the Deputy County Clerk, Jackie Consol, and tour the County Clerk’s Office. They gained firsthand insight into the office's essential functions, from deed record-keeping, and pistol permits, to its critical role in local governance.
