  • What gets in the way of building a culture of accountability?? ? Join in on this important conversation in our first-ever virtual Coffee with Kathy session.?? ? Here are three key takeaways: 1?? One-on-ones matter. A quick hallway chat is not a one-on-one. Effective leaders schedule consistent, intentional check-ins to build trust and accountability. 2?? Feedback is about behavior, not the person. Tough conversations are easier when we separate the individual from their actions—just like we do with loved ones. 3?? Core values should guide decisions. When accountability conversations tie back to an organization’s values, they become clearer and more impactful. ? How do these ideas show up in your leadership? Let us know in the comments! ?? ? #LeadershipDevelopment #Accountability #CoffeeWithKathy
