We transform leaders to become the best versions of themselves.

关于我们

Leadership Partners, is committed to providing a strategic framework of leadership development focused on the “whole leader,” world class diagnosis and design tools, and personalized support to help campus and district leaders improve learning and achievement in their schools. Leadership Partners focuses on school leadership to equip school leaders with the management tools, strategic frameworks and supportive networks they need to face the challenges of public school leadership. By combining world-class business training from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business with our unique leadership programming, our participants are challenged to explore what is possible in education today and in the future. The need for powerful school leadership could not be more urgent than it is today. In Texas, as in many states, demographics are rapidly changing, and preparing students for post-secondary education has never been more challenging. A Texas-wide study reports that students who began 8th grade in 1996-98, only 19.9% completed a certificate or degree program in Texas. If African American or Hispanic, the completion rate falls to roughly 11%, and the rate falls to about 8% for males. It takes little imagination to foresee the ramifications of this for Texas or any state with rapidly changing demographics. We want to help improve schools by offering school leaders tools and strategies not found in traditional preparation programs nor in professional development offerings. Research indicates principal preparation has remained static for decades and does not prepare leaders well enough to face the daunting and complex problems in K-12 schools. Leadership Partners provides school and district leaders with new mindsets, unique learning, diagnosis and design tools , executive coaching and technical support to help them improve their schools at both the system and school level. We are committed to helping improve schools through quality leadership development.

Transforming K-16 Education Leaders | Executive Coaching and Leadership Development for K-16 Education Leaders | Empowering Resilience, Self-Awareness, Balance, & Intentional Leadership

Despite their influence, campus leaders often face difficulties in raising teacher morale for several reasons. ?? Disconnect between leaders and teachers: Leaders often overestimate the morale of their teachers. While they may introduce wellness programs or appreciation initiatives, they sometimes fail to address the underlying causes of low morale, such as unmanageable workloads and lack of meaningful involvement in decision-making. ?? Burnout and workload pressures: Teachers are overwhelmed by increased workloads and ever-changing educational demands, which can lead to burnout. Even with strong leadership, teachers may feel unable to engage fully due to sheer exhaustion and pressure to meet new initiatives. ?? Curriculum and policy constraints: Many teachers feel restricted by curriculum laws and policies that limit their autonomy in the classroom. Leaders struggle to balance district or state policies with the need for flexibility that would allow teachers to feel more empowered and innovative. ?? Post-pandemic challenges: The lingering effects of the pandemic, such as student behavioral issues, absenteeism, and the shift to hybrid learning, have further complicated the teaching environment. Leaders are trying to manage these systemic challenges while keeping teachers motivated. Leaders:?Please tell us in the comments below how you boost teacher morale in your schools.
