Calling all history buffs! Did you know Geauga County boasts 18 historic sites recognized by the National Register of Historic Places? How many can you name? For 30 years, Dr. Bari Oyler Stith has led our history bus tours, sharing the rich stories of our county’s past. ?? Volunteers Needed! ?? Geauga Public Health is seeking ~50 volunteer actors to participate in an emergency medication distribution drill on March 27, 2025, from 9:00–11:30 AM at the Kenston Gardiner Center. ?? Your Role: Act as a member of the public attending a Point of Dispensing (POD) clinic. You’ll receive a “patient card” and go through various stations, helping health department staff, medical volunteers, and first responders train for real emergencies. Interested?
