Leadership Fairfax is a nonprofit membership corporation dedicated to building leaders’ ability to impact issues facing Fairfax County and the region. Through our leadership development programs, The Leadership Fairfax Institute (LFI), The Empowering Leaders Institute (ELI), The Inclusive Leadership Institute (ILI), and The Youth Leadership Network (YLN), Leadership Fairfax establishes and connects leaders who raise the tide not only in their organization, but also in the whole Northern Virginia community. The organization’s 2500+ alumni represent Fortune 500 companies, regional nonprofits, local and federal government, small businesses, social service organizations and artistic ventures. They contribute thousands of hours of volunteer work annually, making a positive change in the fabric of the region.
