Leaders Staffing is seeking a Payroll Tax Coordinator for a 6 month assignment our client in Auburn IN! This position supports the Payroll Function by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax reporting for client. This is a non-remote, in-office position. Responsibilities: ?? Help build tax sheets ?? Update tax logs (Jan. ’24 to present) ???? Help write SOP’s ? Qtr. End and year end Taxes data entry ?? Ensure compliance with local, state and federal payroll laws and regulations ?? Identify and resolve tax discrepancies and process tax adjustments Perform other tasks as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: HSD/GED, Required. Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting, preferred. Skills needed proficiency in Excel, SharePoint and US payroll tax experience.
