Our purpose is to grow better leaders throughout the world. John L. Gronski, Major General (U.S. Army Retired) is founder and CEO of Leader Grove LLC; an adjunct fellow with the Center for European Policy Analysis; and director of the leadership academy for student-athletes at Lebanon Valley College. John is a leadership and peak performance expert, a motivational storyteller, and a much sought-after speaker and leadership seminar leader. His presentations feature inspirational stories and wisdom gained from his own leadership experience and the experience of others.

A great message from a wise Veteran - Bill Monfort
It was an honor to have WWII Navy Veteran Bill Monfort visit the Iron-Sharpened Leadership and Resiliency workshop we recently conducted at the National Public Safety Innovation Academy in Polk County, Florida. Bill is 107 years old and sharp as a whip. He took the time to speak to our class of senior law enforcement leaders about his experience as a survivor of a kamikaze attack in the Pacific Theater and how he and other heroes were able to demonstrate resiliency in the face of such an attack. His message - You rise to your level of training. Do not be complacent and be satisfied with where you are. In Polk County, Florida today getting ready to conduct a two-day Iron-Sharpened Leadership and Resiliency workshop for senior law enforcement leaders from throughout the nation. We began the day with a fantastic physical training session. Fitness is a key element of leadership- not just physical fitness but also emotional, mental, and spiritual fitness.
