LeadAbility is a company that offers distinct services for clients seeking assistance in designing, operating, and evaluating programs and curricula that train people to effectively and respectfully work with individuals with disabilities. Co-owners Dr. Leah Katherine Saal and Dr. Lisa Schoenbrodt believe that in order to accomplish this mission, individuals with disabilities must be included as leaders/teachers, or self-advocate educators (SAEs), during trainings in order to produce authentic and meaningful conversations and interactions between people with disabilities and program participants.
